Described as a "new landmark for Zurich" by the NZZ newspaper, the three slender, 80-metre-high towers rise above Zurich-Altstetten. Orea AG fitted out the entire interior of one of these exclusive premises as a training and event location including a terrace for a company. The large show kitchen features a linear, understated but exclusive Orea X, with a compelling unique ceramic worktop. A mobile partition wall leads from the spacious kitchen into an adjoining room. To ensure the space can be used in its entirety, a door station was set up so that the opened doors perfectly blend in with the rest of the room. The adjacent room features a kitchenette, also accessible from three further conference rooms. The project is additionally inspiring with its complete wall cladding, taking unity and aesthetics to a new level.

The quality of the renovation project over Lake Lucerne is unique. The opening of the existing room and the design of a reduit created a new, contemporary room arrangement. The construction of the adjoining conservatory was taken into account. The integration of the versatile Orea Wall was planned around the existing, generous window. Ceiling-high doors into the reduit and other adjoining rooms give the entire room a sense of space.
